Protocol

Anti-Aging Longevity

Multi-axis longevity protocol targeting pineal, mitochondrial, and dermal aging.

Anti-agingadvanced20 weeks3 peptides

Why this stack

The rationale.

The three peptides hit three independent aging axes: Epitalon is a tetrapeptide that activates telomerase and resets pineal melatonin production, MOTS-c is a mitochondrial-derived peptide that improves insulin sensitivity and AMPK signaling, and low-dose GHK-Cu maintains the dermal and gene-regulatory background. Pulsing Epitalon rather than running it continuously matches the original Khavinson protocols and avoids unknown long-term telomerase signaling, while MOTS-c and GHK-Cu provide the steady-state coverage between pulses. This is an advanced stack because three peptides means three attribution problems if something goes wrong — only run it after simpler protocols have already established personal baseline.

The protocol

Dose, frequency, cycle.

  1. Dose
    10,000mcg
    Frequency
    Daily
    Cycle
2 weeks on, 12 weeks off
    Timing
subq morning, two 10-day pulses (days 1-10 and days 100-110)
  2. Dose
    5,000mcg
    Frequency
    3×/week
    Cycle
12 weeks on, 8 weeks off
    Timing
subq morning, MWF, pre-training on lifting days when possible
  3. Dose
    1,000mcg
    Frequency
    3×/week
    Cycle
20 weeks on, 8 weeks off
    Timing
subq evening, MWF, low-dose continuous background

Expected timeline

What to expect, when.

weeks 1-2 (Epitalon pulse 1): sleep depth and dream vividness increase, melatonin rhythm normalizes. weeks 3-8: MOTS-c metabolic effects emerge — better fasted training tolerance, modest body-comp shift. weeks 8-14: skin and connective tissue gains from GHK-Cu plateau is reached, lab markers should improve. weeks 14-16 (Epitalon pulse 2): second pineal reset, often the most subjectively noticeable cycle phase. weeks 17-20: consolidate; long off-period after to let the HPA and pineal axes recalibrate before any repeat.

Monitoring markers

What to track.

  • fasting glucose and insulin (HOMA-IR)
  • HbA1c
  • lipid panel including ApoB
  • hsCRP
  • IGF-1 (Epitalon can modulate the GH axis indirectly)
  • DHEA-S and morning cortisol
  • VO2 max if testable, otherwise resting HR and HRV trends
  • epigenetic age test if available (baseline and post-protocol)

Contraindications

  • active malignancy of any kind (telomerase and mitochondrial signaling implications)
  • pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Wilson's disease (copper accumulation risk with GHK-Cu)
  • active autoimmune flare
  • uncontrolled metabolic disease — stabilize first

Description

Protocol overview.

Three peptides at three different cadences, each addressing a distinct aging axis. Epitalon runs in two short pulses for telomerase and pineal/melatonin reset, MOTS-c covers mitochondrial signaling and metabolic flexibility, low-dose GHK-Cu provides background dermal and gene-regulatory support. Designed for users who have already cycled simpler stacks.
