Synthetic tetrapeptide derived from pineal gland extract. Upregulates telomerase activity in human somatic cells, extends telomere length in vitro, and normalizes melatonin rhythm in aging adults in Russian trials.

Best timing

Cycled — typical protocol is 10 days on, then off for 3–6 months. Often dosed pre-bed to align with pineal activity.
