Cost-per-mg calculator.
Vendors quote peptides in vial sizes that almost never match dosing units. A 5 mg vial of one compound and a 10 mg vial of another are not directly comparable, especially when the cheaper one runs out twice as fast. This calculator standardizes everything to cost per mg and cost per dose so two quotes can be compared in five seconds.

Informational only — these are observed community midpoints for legitimate sources, not regulatory or wholesale pricing. Vendor markups vary widely; use this to spot quotes that are suspiciously low (often a sign of underdosed or counterfeit product) or excessive.
| Peptide | Typical cost / mg | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Semaglutide | $8–18 / mg | Most common 5 mg vials run $40–90 from reputable sources. |
| Tirzepatide | $3–8 / mg | Higher mg/vial (30–60 mg) brings cost-per-mg below sema despite higher per-vial price. |
| BPC-157 | $3–7 / mg | Wildly variable — verify purity testing, not just price. |
| TB-500 | $5–10 / mg | Authentic Tβ4 fragment is more expensive than BPC. Beware sub-$3/mg quotes. |
| Ipamorelin | $2–5 / mg | Cheap compound to synthesize — sub-$2/mg often signals underdosing. |
| CJC-1295 (no DAC) | $3–7 / mg | Commonly sold as 2 mg vials; do the math before assuming "cheap." |
| Tesamorelin | $15–35 / mg | Significantly more expensive than CJC; the price gap is real signal. |
| GHK-Cu | $1–3 / mg | Sold in larger vials (50–100 mg) where total cost looks high but per-mg is low. |
| Melanotan II | $5–12 / mg | 10 mg vials are standard — quote against vial, then convert. |
| PT-141 | $8–20 / mg | Niche compound, smaller vials (10 mg typical). |
