Synthetic pan-agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, ERRγ). ERRs regulate mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism. Pre-clinical data show exercise-mimetic phenotype in rodents — increased endurance and fat oxidation without training stimulus.
