MGF conjugated to polyethylene glycol to extend its half-life from minutes to hours. Allows systemic dosing rather than purely local intramuscular injection. Same satellite-cell activation mechanism as native MGF.

Best timing
Typically 2–3x weekly, dosed post-training on workout days. Avoid mixing in same syringe with insulin or IGF-1 LR3.

- Active cancer
- Pregnancy
- Diabetic retinopathy
- Severe hypoglycemia history
Watch symptoms
- Injection site reactions (PEG can be irritating)
- Mild hypoglycemia
- Possible immunogenicity over time (anti-PEG antibodies)
