Best timing
Injected locally into the trained muscle post-workout. Native MGF degrades in minutes — PEG-MGF is used when longer activity is desired.

- Pregnancy
- Diabetic retinopathy
- Concurrent IGF-1 LR3 (additive hypoglycemia risk)
