Full-length 54-amino-acid form of kisspeptin, the upstream regulator of hypothalamic GnRH neurons. Activates KISS1R receptors to trigger LH and FSH release. Longer-acting than kisspeptin-10 — used in fertility trials and IVF triggering protocols.
