Best timing
Daily evening or split AM/PM. Pre-bed timing aligns with natural GH peak; some users prefer AM to preserve sleep architecture.
Contraindications
- Active cancer (GH and IGF-1 are mitogenic)
- Diabetic retinopathy (proliferative)
- Severe insulin resistance or unmanaged diabetes
- Pregnancy
- Critical illness post-surgery or trauma (associated with mortality increase in ICU trials)

- Water retention, peripheral edema
