Best timing
Fasted, 1–2x daily. Receptor desensitization develops within 2–4 weeks of daily use — cycle 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off.

- Active cancer
- Pituitary disease
- Pregnancy
- Diabetic retinopathy
- Severe insulin resistance
Watch symptoms
- Cortisol and prolactin elevation (more than GHRP-2)
- Hunger increase
- Tachyphylaxis — diminishing GH response over weeks
- Water retention
- Mild headache
