Synthetic hexapeptide ghrelin receptor agonist. Produces a stronger GH pulse than ipamorelin but with measurable rises in prolactin, cortisol, and ACTH. Approved in Japan (as pralmorelin) for diagnostic GH stimulation testing.

Best timing

  • Active cancer
  • Pituitary disease
  • Pregnancy
  • Cushing's or hypercortisolism (additional cortisol elevation)
