Best timing
Topical serum 1–2x daily, or microneedling protocol every 2–4 weeks. Lower doses than systemic healing protocols.
Contraindications
- Active rosacea flare or open wounds
- Vitamin C application within 30 minutes (oxidative interaction)
- Wilson's disease
- Pregnancy
