Best timing

- Active cancer
- Severe insulin resistance or unmanaged diabetes
- Pregnancy
- Diabetic retinopathy
- Sleep apnea (untreated)
Watch symptoms
- Sustained water retention (more than no-DAC variant)
- Carpal tunnel symptoms
- Mild insulin resistance over time
- Joint achiness in first 2 weeks
- Facial flushing on dose day
