GHRH analog with maleimidopropionic acid linker that binds covalently to serum albumin, extending half-life from minutes to ~8 days. Produces a sustained elevation of GH and IGF-1 rather than discrete pulses.

Best timing

Contraindications

  • Active cancer
  • Severe insulin resistance or unmanaged diabetes
  • Pregnancy
  • Diabetic retinopathy
  • Sleep apnea (untreated)

Watch symptoms

  • Sustained water retention (more than no-DAC variant)
  • Carpal tunnel symptoms
  • Mild insulin resistance over time
  • Joint achiness in first 2 weeks
  • Facial flushing on dose day
